Pfeifer Tree Service did a great job cutting back bushes that were above my lanai roof.  Ismael did everything we had discussed when he came to look at the job. Ismael Pfeifer is amazing!! Truly a contractor to treasure. He came out right away to give an estimate, scheduled a three day job that went exactly as he described, and did an absolutely beautiful job trimming all our oak trees. We couldn’t be happier. Hi I had Pfeifer Tree Service come out to remove Tree stumps and put down sod  Ismael was wonderful I normally get 3 estimates but on meeting Ismael and reading he’s 5 star reviews it was a no brainer. He came when said he would he was professional honest and kind and never asked for a penny until the job was completed he did an excellent job in 2 days and made sure everything was cleaned up it looks beautiful. Thomas provided an excellent and prompt service. He came out to give me a free estimate and was flexible with his schedule to come do a job at my house trimming back several trees. He was safe, quick and efficient.

It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who shows up when they say they will and follows through on their commitments.
I called Pfeifer Tree Service on a Thursday morning and Ismael said he would come by that afternoon to look at the work and give me a quote.  He showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a fair quote.  I asked how soon he could do the work and he said next Wednesday.  I asked what time he would start and he asked if 7:30am would be OK.  I said yes.
I was having him trim back some huge lower limbs on a 150+ year old Live Oak which I didn't want to lose but which had to be trimmed to put up a building.  That was a major factor in deciding who I was going to use. (One of the limbs was bigger around than some of the trunks on other old oaks on the property.)    After talking to Ismael about what I needed to do and if it would hurt or kill the tree I felt confident hiring him to do the work.  He suggested some additional trimming on the other side to balance the tree.
He showed up at 7:27am the following Wednesday and proceeded to do an excellent job.  He worked until 3:30 that afternoon leaving once to empty his trailer since it was full by 11:30 and he filled it again before was through. He raked and cleaned up so well before leaving you wouldn't even know any work had been done except for the missing limbs.  Nothing was damaged and the tree looks great.
I would highly recommend Ismael.  He was prompt, courteous and his fee was reasonable.  Actually it was a bargain when you factor in that he did what he said he would, when he said he would, for the price he quoted and left my property just as he found it.

I texted the company number I found online from Google reviews for Pfeifer tree services on a Saturday to get an estimate and Ismael responded right away. He came in on Sunday and started the work that same week. I have never seen anybody working so hard for so many hours a day and be so nice and smiley. He is a very respectful person, very punctual and responsible. We had him remove many really big trees. He had all of the necessary equipment and the quality of his work was excellent. Highly recommend Pfeifer Tree Service!  Ismael is very cooperative and very professional.  He is meticulous and does not finish until everything is done just right. I had Pfeifer trim multiple very old live oaks on my property that had some storm damage and general overgrowth. The quote process was quick and easy, he showed up promptly and was very professional and quick. Beyond basic competency, he definitely knew how to trim the live oaks (i.e. possible issues and appropriate places to cut) and left all looking beautiful. We’ll definitely use Pfeifer again.
